Exchange and return are applicable only for:

  • Frames
  • Sunglasses
  • Contact Lenses
  • Contact lenses are eligible for exchange only if returned in sealed and untampered condition.
  • Contact lens boxes (except Toric lenses) may be exchanged in case of power change within six (06) months from the invoice date, provided:
    • The boxes are sealed
    • The products are unused and undamaged
    • No marks or dents are present

For concerns regarding prescription lenses, customers are advised to contact our customer support team for assistance before initiating any return or exchange request.

If a customer gets lenses fitted into a frame by any third party other than Velorre, the company shall not be responsible for any fitting damage or related issues.

  • Requests must be initiated within seven (07) days from the date of delivery.
  • Customers must contact our support team by email and mention:
    • Order Number
    • Invoice Number
  • Customers may exchange products for:
    • The same product, or
    • A higher-priced product by paying the difference amount
  • No refund shall be provided if a lower-priced product is selected during exchange.

If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with during delivery, customers are advised not to accept the shipment and immediately contact our support team.
